Information you give us

When you use the Project Planner, Cost Estimate tool, contact form, or a qualification form, we collect what you enter: typically your name, work email, company, and the details of your project or operation. We use it to respond to you, prepare estimates and recommendations, and follow up about your inquiry. If you request a budget breakdown by email, we send it via Resend, our email delivery provider, and keep a copy of the inquiry in our systems.

Information collected automatically

We use PostHog (hosted in the European Union) to understand how visitors use the site. This includes page views, interactions such as options added in the estimate tool, and session replays of in-page activity. PostHog sets cookies to recognize returning visitors. We also store a copy of these events in our own database so we can analyze how the site performs over time. If you provide your email address, it may be associated with your session so we can connect your inquiry to your visit.

Advertising measurement

If you arrive from one of our ads, the ad platform's click identifier (for example a Google Ads gclid) may be captured with your visit. We report conversion events, such as a submitted form, back to the ad platform so we can measure our advertising. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share form contents with ad platforms.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry and analytics data for as long as it is useful for operating the business, and delete it on request. You can email[email protected] to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion. You can block cookies in your browser; the site works without them.

Sharing

We use service providers to run the site: hosting (Railway), analytics (PostHog EU), email delivery (Resend), and advertising platforms for measurement as described above. Each receives only what is needed to provide its service. We do not sell personal information.
